Abstract
ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC) performs spacecra ft control operations and TTC functions for IRS-1C mission. Telemetry tracking and command (TTC) network for IRS-1C comprises of ISTRAC stat ions and external agency ground stations providing tracking support fo r the mission. The Spacecraft Control Centre (SCC) situated at Bangalo re uses mission computer and mission-specific software to monitor spac fcraft health and control operations for IRS-1C mission. In this artic le we describe the details on the ground segment support provided for IRS-1C mission consisting of TTC ground stations, spacecraft control c entre, mission software and communication links during its launch and early orbit phase of support along with other on-going missions.
