The dependence of yield stress of Al-Li binary alloys on deformation t
emperature is studied at temperatures ranged between 0.5 and 295 K. Th
e dependence is shown to become very weak during the ageing of the all
oys. It may be assumed that the temperature dependence is resulted fro
m the superposition of interaction mechanisms of dislocations with imp
urity atoms and coherent ordered delta'-precipitates.
