A 47-year-old female patient underwent surgical correction of a recent
ly diagnosed anomalous left coronary artery, The artery originated fro
m the pulmonary artery, and the patient had suffered from pulmonary hy
pertension and congestive heart failure. The follow-up after 3 and 6 m
onths showed only slight improvement in the patient's condition.
