Abstract
Stable paramagnetic Mn(II) and Mn(III) bis(alkynyl) complexes of the t ype [trans(RC=C)(2)Mn(dmpe)(2)](n+) (R=Ph, SiMe(3), n=0.1) have been p repared and characterized by spectroscopic, electrochemical, magnetic measurements and X-ray single crystal diffraction studies.
