Abstract
A series of compounds with the general formula (R(2)MS(2)CNMe(CH2)(3)N Me(2), R = Me, Et, Np, C5H11; M = Ga, in) have been synthesized and ch aracterized. Their low melting points and reasonable volatility makes them potentially suitable as single-source precursors for III/VI mater ials. The crystal structure of Et(2)InS(2)CNMe(CH2)(3)NMe(2) has been determined.
