A NONSIMILAR BOUNDARY-LAYER ON A MOVING WALL

This paper is concerned with an analysis of viscous flow through a var ying cross sectional area, typical of application in a Wankel Engine. The analysis models flow past a variable moving boundary. Dimensionles s temperature, velocities, friction factor and Nusselt numbers are obt ained and evaluated for the inside of a Wankel engine channel for diff erent fluid properties. Research has indicated such application has no t been previously performed.
