Abstract
The distribution coefficients of nitrophenols in water-ammonium sulfat e-propyl and butyl alcohols of linear and branched structure were dete rmined. An extractive potentiometric technique was developed, which in volves extractive recovery of nitrophenols with hydrophilic alcohols a nd electrochemical detection of toxicants directly in the extract.
