A model C system is defined by the presence of a nonconserved order pa
rameter coupled to a conserved concentration. When such a system is qu
enched from the disordered state into the order-disorder coexistence r
egion of its phase diagram, two different types of interfaces, an orde
r-order and an order-disorder interface, form. We discuss how changes
in the associated wetting properties of the interfaces modify the morp
hology of the growing domains. The ratio between the surface tensions
is therefore an important parameter in determining the universality cl
asses at late times.
