Abstract
Arc discharge under a repetitive weak gravitational field is carried o ut using a vertically swinging are reactor. By means of synchronous mo dulation of discharge current with modulated gravitation, long-time ar e discharge equivalent to that under weak gravitational field is reali zed. Suppression of heat convection in the weak gravitation extends th e reaction time of carbon molecules in hot gas atmosphere and increase s the relative abundance of higher fullerenes.
