Abstract
A series of 2,3-triazolo[5,4-e]1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine derivat ives (3a-g; 4-6), containing aralkyl chains on N-7 and N-8 positions, were synthesized and tested as antagonists in receptor binding and in vitro functional assays to evaluate their potency for A(2A) compared w ith A(1) adenosine receptors.
