Abstract
Dependences of the extent of detection of probable defect regions of t he nickel coatings with reduced adhesions were studied as a function o f their thickness after dehydrogenating thermal treatment. The effect of various conditions of dehydrogenating thermal treatment on the adhe sion control quality were studied.
