Abstract
The magnetic field dependence of exciton photoluminescence intensity w as investigated in GaAs/AlGaAs superlattice and quantum well structure s for high magnetic fields up to 40 T. We discuss the observed large m agnetic field effects in terms of the dynamical process of the miniban d carriers and excitons under magnetic fields.
