Abstract
We report a 45-gear follow-up of a patient with Engelmann's disease pr eviously described in 1950, showing progression of the disease with un ique involvement of the femoral capital epiphyses. The case is compare d with others to add some information about the later stages of a dise ase which is not fully understood.
