Abstract
THE LATERAL PERIODONTAL CYST and gingival cyst of the adult are both d evelopmental odontogenic cysts located predominantly in the mandibular premolar-canine region. In this paper, a case report is described of a lateral periodontal cyst and gingival cyst occurring in the same pat ient along with a discussion of clinical, radiographic, and histologic al features of these lesions.
