Abstract
The hypothenar fat pad flap (HTFPF) is a simple procedure that prevent s readherence of the nerve to the transverse carpal ligament/subcutane ous tissue/skin complex. This fat pad flap also provides an improved t issue environment for the neurolysed median nerve.
