Abstract
Cubital tunnel syndrome is reported to be the second most common entra pment neuropathy in the upper extremity. We can now easily appreciate how ulnar nerve pathology can occur at the elbow in the absence of tra uma. We can also appreciate the role of conservative management in the treatment of a condition that previously was thought to be a surgical disease.
