EVALUATION OF KINETIC DATA WITH AN AUTOMATICALLY WORKING LABORATORY UNIT

For the automation of the evaluation of kinetic data, we have built up a modular laboratory unit with three different continuously working g radientless reactors (CSTR, double-mixed-contactor, berty-reactor). Th e experimental plan and the laboratory unit are controlled by a proces s-control-system. In the CSTR we have determined kinetic data for a th ree-phase enzymatic reaction. The NO-absorption was part of our resarc h in the double-mixed-contactor. The results of our investigation and the problem of automation are the content of this paper.
