Abstract
The paper describes a computer algorithm designed for Monte Carlo prod uction simulation. The design seeks to enhance the precision of produc tion cost estimation at a reduced computation time of the existing app roach. The techniques included are cluster sampling and proportional e stimate. The algorithm has been evaluated and compared numerically wit h the existing approach. The effectiveness on precision improvement is demonstrated in this paper.
