Gastrointestinal anomalies associated with Down syndrome have been rec
ognized for a long time. Major anomalies reported include duodenal atr
esia or stenosis, annular pancreas, gastroesophageal reflux, imperfora
te anus, Hirschsprung disease, malrotation, bile duct atresia, esophag
eal atresia or tracheoesophageal fistula, and HPS.(1-3) We report the
clinical and imaging features of a combination of HPS and a duodenal w
eb in a 2 month old boy with Down syndrome.
