Abstract
The experiment was performed at the Solotvina Underground Laboratory w ith CdWO4 crystal scintillators enriched in Cd-116 to 83%. For the tot al data collection time about 12000 hours the limit of half-hfe T-1/2( 0v) greater than or equal to 3.2 . 10(22) y (90% CL) was obtained for 0v beta beta decay of Cd-116 which corresponds to the restriction of t he neutrino mass less than 3.9 eV.
