Single crystal TeO2 bolometers have been used since 5 years ago to sea
rch for neutrinoless DBD of Te-130. During the last year, our group ha
s been studying and preparing the first array of 4 crystals, 340g each
, opening this technique to new frontiers in rare events' physics. The
results and perspectives of this second generation cryogenic detector
s are here reported and discussed, with particular emphasis on the pec
uliarities which make them feasible for a consistent upgrading of our
previous result in DBD search.
