Abstract
Primary duodenal carcinoma is an uncommon malignancy, and experience w ith chemotherapeutic regimes in this condition is limited, We report a case of duodenal carcinoma with liver metastases in which complete re mission was achieved with 5-fluorouracil chemotherapy. The patient rem ains well 30 months after completing treatment.
