Abstract
As a part of a research on anti-inflammatory analgesic compounds 3-met hyl substituted pyrazolotriazolopyrimidin-4-one and pyrazolothiazolopy rimidin-4-one derivatives were prepared by previously reported procedu res. None of the compounds showed improved activity when compared with the previously reported unsubstituted analogs.
