We report a 30 yeard-old woman who was diagnosed as systemic lupus ery
thematosus in the tenth week of her third pregnancy. Later the patient
developed proteinuria, hypertension, fetal growh retardation, paramet
ers of systemic lupus activity and cutaneous lesions. We think it was
a preeclampsia superimposed on lupus nephritis. Three months after the
delivery, the proteinuria had dissapeared and blood pressure, renal f
unction and urinary sediment were completely normal.
