Abstract
A reversed phase HPLC method using Waters radial compression technolog y has been adopted to the analysis of the aliphatic acid composition o f grape juice and wines. The method is generally superior in all respe cts to standard reversed phase techniques and it is comparable with th e more popular HPLC techniques of ion exchange and ion exclusion.
