Vn. Vetlutskii et al., CALCULATION OF FLOW IN A CHEMICAL REACTOR FOR CHLOROORGANIC WASTE UTILIZATION, Combustion, explosion, and shock waves, 31(4), 1995, pp. 441-449
A mathematical model of the gasdynamic channel of a chemical reactor f
or hydrocarbon chlorolysis is presented. The flow in the reactor chann
el is described by various systems of equations: algebraic, differenti
al, and the ''thin channel'' and Navier-Stokes equations. A mixture of
27 substances participating in 42 reactions is fed to the reactor inl
et. Solutions are sought by numerical methods. The calculation results
are described by graphical distributions of temperature and mass conc
entrations along the reactor channel.
