Abstract
A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method has be en developed for the determination of methabenzthiazuron in aqueous so lutions in the presence of soil constituents. Spiked aqueous soil samp les were injected after centrifugation and filtration. Quantitative re coveries were observed and high precision was obtained. The concentrat ion range studied, 2.93-46.92 mg/l, is very suitable for adsorption-de sorption studies of methabenzthiazuron in soil.
