SPANISH NORMS FOR THE STANFORD HYPNOTIC-S USCEPTIBILITY SCALE, FORM-C

The Spanish version of the Stanford Hypnotic Susceptibility Scale, For m C (SHSS:C; Weitzenhoffer and Hilgard, 1962) was administered to 115 volunteers. Mean scores, score distribution, item difficulty, reliabil ity, and validity are reported and compared with those of the original American sample. On the whole, the results of the Spanish version are very similar to those previously reported.
