Abstract
We construct the hierarchical wave function of the spin-singlet fracti onal quantum Hall effect, which turns out to satisfy the Fock cyclic c ondition. The spin-statistics relation of the quasiparticles in the sp in-singlet fractional quantum Hall effect is also discussed. Then we u se particle-hole conjugation to check the wave function.
