Abstract
The olefin polymerization catalyst based on Cp(2)Ti(13)CH(3)Cl/B(C6F5) (3) has been studied by varying solvent polarity and catalyst concentr ation. Reaction equilibria and polymerization with carbon-13 enriched ethylene were followed by C-13 NMR spectroscopy. A comparison has been made between the catalytic systems Cp(2)Ti(13)CH(3)Cl/B(C6F5)(3) and Cp(2)Ti(13)CH(3)Cl/[-Al(CH3)O-](n).
