Abstract
A patient with recurrent profound hypoglycemia was admitted to the hos pital; subsequently a gastric leiomyosarcoma was found, Levels of insu lin in blood were low during hypoglycemia crisis. Attention was theref ore, focussed on peptides with insulin-like activity produced by the g astric tumour.
