Abstract
150A/10ns current pulses across a low ohmic resistive load (1 Omega) w ere obtained using Marx-type serial connection of the stages with the parallel connection of a few avalanche transistors in each stage. The automatic feedback allows perfect time synchronisation of the switchin g process in all the transistors.
