Abstract
A novel microwave notch filter is reported which has a single-stage re flection topology. The identical RLC reflection terminations employ in dependent voltage controlled elements. As a result, the Q-factor and n otch frequency can be varied. An experimental notch filter, tunable fr om 2 to 3.5GHz, has been successfully realised using monolithic techno logy.
