Abstract
We study the perturbative QCD description of the DESY HERA measurement s of F-2(x,Q(2)) using a gluon distribution that is obtained from an e volution incorporating angular ordering of the gluon emissions, and wh ich embodies both GLAP and BFKL dynamics. We compare the predictions w ith recent HERA data for F-2 and its charm component F-2(c). We also p resent estimates of the longitudinal structure function F-L.
