Abstract
The behavior of the critical lines near the point of the appearance of the ferrimagnetic phase is revised within a mean-field approximation. We calculate the slopes of the lines at Such a point for the U(1) sys tems in the weak coupling regime. It is demonstrated that the slope of one of the critical lines is continuous, while a change in the slope of the other depends strongly on the number of the fermion flavors. We also find that in the ferrimagnetic phase near such a point the magne tization and the staggered magnetization align orthogonally to each ot her.
