Ia. Chaban, HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTORS - DEPENDENCE ON PRESSURE AND APPLICATIONS IN ACOUSTICS, AN ANALYSIS OF THE IMPURITY MECHANISM, Acoustical physics, 42(3), 1996, pp. 380-385
By using a thesis following from the impurity mechanism-a change in pr
essure is analogous to a change in the doping of a superconductor-the
relations for pressure derivatives of various parameters (critical tem
perature, resistance in the transition region, etc.) are obtained, and
their maxima are found. The derived relationships are compared with t
he results of experiments. Promising devices, which use variations of
these parameters with pressure, are discussed.
