Abstract
Morgagni hernia is a rare condition in childhood, and it may be asympt omatic or produce respiratory symptoms. Two cases with Morgagni hernia s are presented. Both patients had occasionally respiratory infection, coughing and fever. The diagnosis was made with a chest radiograph ta ken for respiratory infection. They were treated surgically and they w ere discharged in uneventful condition.
