Abstract
We present the fifth reported case of extranodal sinus histiocytosis w ith massive lymphadenopathy (SHML) isolated in the central nervous sys tem, This case emphasizes the importance of recognizing the clinical a nd radiographic presentation of SHML and shows that immunohistochemica l evaluation is required for definitive diagnosis.
