We present the results of an energy-dependent and set of energy-indepe
ndent partial-wave analyses of pion-photoproduction data. The analyses
extend from threshold to 1.8 GeV in the laboratory photon energy. Res
onance photodecay amplitudes axe extracted for the 16 baryon resonance
s found within this energy range. Comparisons are made with previous d
eterminations and quark model predictions. For the stronger resonances
, we find results in good agreement with the earlier determinations of
Crawford and Morton.
