Abstract
In this paper, we consider logarithmic transformations for torus bundl es over a nonsingular algebraic curve and give a criterion to be Kahle r or projective for torus quasi bundles. In paticular we have a criter ion to be Kahler or projective for elliptic surfaces with c(2) = 0.
