Abstract
Cobalt(II), nickel(II) and copper (II) complexes of (o) under bar-vani llin and isovanillin salicyloylhydrazones have been synthesised. These compounds were characterised by elemental analyses, IR, magnetic, the rmal and diffuse reflectance spectra. The salicyloylhydrazones have be en further characterised by H-1 NMR. Force constants of the major bond s, M-O and M-N have also been calculated.
