J. Karasawa et al., LOCALIZED POLARIZATION IN PEROVSKITE TITANATE SINGLE-CRYSTAL AND CERAMICS, Journal of the Korean Physical Society, 29, 1996, pp. 676-679
The thermal stimulated current (TSC) in perovskite titanates both of s
ingle crystal and polycrystalline forms has been studied with special
reference to the charges which are assumed to be located on crystal su
rfaces and contribute to ultra-low frequency dielectric relaxation. A
set of experimental results, voltage dependence of the polarized charg
e either on thickness or grain size and ground-off characteristics on
poled specimens, indicates the charges localized at the anodic side of
each crystal grain.
