Vi. Petkov et al., CRYSTAL-CHEMISTRY AND ELECTROCONDUCTIVITY OF THE M(X)ZR(2.25-0.25X)(PO4)(3) (M=LI, NA, K, RB, CS) BINARY PHOSPHATES OF THE NZP STRUCTURE, Russian journal of electrochemistry, 32(5), 1996, pp. 574-579
Crystallographic properties of phosphates of the formula M(x)Zr(2.25 -
0.2x)(PO4)(3) (M = Li, Na, K, Rb, CS; x(min) = 1,x(max) = 7) are gene
ralized. The electroconduction of these phosphates is studied. Paramet
ers of unit cells of the synthesized phases, which crystallize to trig
onal systems of the R (3) over tilde c symmetry, are shown to change i
n a regular manner. Electroconductivity of solid phases M(x)Zr(2.25 -
0.25x)(PO4)(3) is determined by migration of the M cations through the
NZP structure and amounts to 10(-3) to 10(-8) S cm(-1) in the tempera
ture range of 250 to 400 degrees C.
