Abstract
We repeat a successful percutaneous closure of a brisk coronary artery rupture with a custom-made ''vein graft stent,'' a Palmaz-Schatz sten t covered with a vein graft. This method is an elegant and effective a lternative to the traditional surgical approach and should be consider ed whenever technically and clinically feasible. (C) 1996 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
