Abstract
We report a rare case of traumatic aneurysma of the inferior thyroid a rtery, which occurred after a minor life-threatening trauma. The lesio n was diagnosed during an angiographical examination, performed becaus e of hemodynamic instability of the patient. For therapy, the lesion w as ligated and excised.
