Abstract
Benign cartilaginous tumors are some of the most common lesions affect ing the skeleton of children. These include exostoses, enchondromas, p eriosteal chondromas, chondromyxoid fibroma, and chondroblastoma. The clinicopathologic features of these conditions and their treatment is discussed.
