Mm. Bonchosmolovskii et al., ANOMALIES OF THE PHOTO-RESPONSE AND THERMAL-BOUNDARY RESISTANCE OF A YBACUO YSZ STRUCTURE, Annalen der Physik, 2(4), 1993, pp. 330-334
The photoresponse of a YBaCuO/ZrO2 bolometric structure was measured u
nder modulated (lambda = 630 nm) and pulsed (tau almost-equal-to 7-8 n
s; lambda = 337 nm) laser excitation. The shape of the measured photor
esponse was interpreted by a thermal model; nevertheless, the pulse am
plitude for vanishing YBaCuO film resistance was 5-6 times greater tha
n predicted; the thermal boundary resistance R(Bd) between YBaCuO and
YSZ was evaluated congruent-to 10(-2) K X cm2/Watt, which is considera
bly larger than estimated theoretically for the similar situation of Y
BaCuO/MgO [5].
