A. Sadki et al., STUDIES BY ELECTRON-PARAMAGNETIC-RESONANCE EXPERIMENTS OF DEFECTS IN HYDROGENATED AMORPHOUS-CARBON FILMS AS A FUNCTION OF ANNEALING, DIAMOND AND RELATED MATERIALS, 5(3-5), 1996, pp. 439-444
The gradual changes in the electron paramagnetic resonance spectra on
annealing have been investigated in detail in two series of hydrogenat
ed amorphous carbon films with quite different microstructures in orde
r to gain information about the nature of the defects. The data are an
alysed in relation to the simultaneous changes in the vibrational and
electronic properties. Microstructural models able to explain all the
results are proposed.
