Abstract
Laparoscopic endogastric surgery is a novel surgical approach that int roduces the viewing laparoscope and instruments into the gastric lumen . The excellent visualization, improved instrument handling and versat ility afforded by this technique enable local resection of mucosal les ions that are beyond the scope of peroral endoscopy. The authors descr ibe this particular approach for the excision of gastric villous adeno ma and early gastric cancer.
