Abstract
The use of a multisilicon beam structure as a filter bank for extracti on of very close signals is investigated. The theory and design of suc h a filter bank is presented. The filter fabrication is compatible wit h silicon IC technology so that it can be easily incorporated in any s ilicon integrated circuit. The filter bank can be used for channel fil tering in HF communication systems. (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd.
